Hi I'm Bradley, a Game Producer and Automation Engineer.
I guide game projects from conception to release, integrating automated solutions and developer tools to ensure unparalleled quality.
BACKGROUND AND HISTORY
From a young age, I was fascinated by computers and video games, not just playing them but also exploring their design and mechanics. This childhood interest evolved into a viable career path during my teenage years, starting with creating games using PowerPoint and GameMaker. My discovery of Unity and C# marked a turning point, focusing my development skills more intensively.
Initially, I gravitated towards Quality Assurance (QA) in the gaming industry. My knack for identifying and reporting issues led me to specialize in QA automation, combining my programming skills with an innovative approach to testing. This shift allowed for a more technology-forward methodology, leveraging computers’ speed and efficiency to complement manual testing efforts. The evolution in AI research within the industry further reinforced my belief in the potential of automated testing to transform game development.
Over the years, my role in QA evolved from a senior position to leading the department in multiple companies. My increasing involvement in production, marked by constant communication and coordination across various departments, naturally transitioned me into the role of a Producer. In this role, I relish the opportunity to apply my comprehensive experience in all facets of game development, enjoying the unique challenges and rewards it offers.
